S22-06 series powder filling machine is one of the main equipment for the production of electric heating tubes in our company. The control part of the powder filling machine mainly adopts automatic control elements, which has the characteristics of good product stability, high powder filling density of the produced electric heating tubes and low poor pressure resistance rate; Support 24 branch pipes at one time for filling and automatic production, shorten the manual assistance time, and greatly improve the production efficiency; Little powder leakage, high utilization rate of magnesium powder, reduce environmental pollution and improve workers' working environment; It is easy to operate and does not require special skills for production workers.

The operation method and function description of the equipment are introduced below1. Composition and function introduction of console(1) Touch screen: it mainly provides parameter setting, operation prompt, work flow, induction monitoring, description, manual / automatic conversion control, reset and other functions;

(4) Button switch: start machine button (green), emergency stop button (red).2. Operation method(1) Parameter adjustment: tap the parameter key on the touch screen to enter the parameter setting mode, which can set the following, delayed oscillation and pipe length. If you need to change the corresponding data, set it according to the process requirements. If the catheter and mandrel are too long or too short, press the emergency stop and then reset to readjust the parameter setting value.

(2) Reset: press reset on the touch screen to return the equipment to the initial setting state. When the equipment stops in an emergency or the equipment has just been manually adjusted, you need to press this key. In addition, the reset key is also provided in the manual screen, with the same function. Note: do not press this key under the automatic powder filling state, otherwise the conduit will be damaged.(3) Automatic: press automatic to enable the equipment to enter the automatic working program, and display the action to be performed and the working state of the equipment on the operation instruction and workflow interface.(4) Manual: press manual to enter the manual operation mode. At this time, you can act as required. Press the action key corresponding to the touch screen to operate a single action. Generally, it is mostly used when adjusting the machine and changing the product type.

(5) Setting of frequency modulation controller (refer to function setting of frequency converter).(6) Oscillation adjustment knob: adjust the knob appropriately according to the requirements of electric heating tube, one is oscillation voltage adjustment and the other is oscillation frequency adjustment.

(7) Automatic production operation procedure: cancel all manual operations before entering automatic production, press reset and automatic in turn, and then watch the line below the operation prompt. If the empty pipe is displayed, and it is displayed as the origin state under the workflow, and the indicator lights on both sides are flashing, it indicates that the equipment is ready to place the empty pipe; After the tube is placed, press the green buttons on both sides at the same time, and the equipment will start to work. When the operation prompt is displayed as hanging the electric hotline, you can hang the electric hotline on the hook. After hanging up, press the green button at the same time for the second time, the hot wire will be pulled into the empty pipe, check whether the terminal pin is placed correctly, and then press the green buttons on both sides at the same time again, and the equipment will continue to work. When the equipment stops working and the tube taking display is displayed, step on the foot switch and the tube filled with powder can be taken out. After taking out the pipe, the touch screen displays the prompt of placing empty pipe, so that the above working process can be repeated for production.
