Company's "Extra Tall" sub-surface filling machine, designed for filling five to 500 gallon containers, allows the filling lance to penetrate within 3" of the bottom of an 81" tall IBC.
It also has a retractable bellows for drawing away toxic fumes. The filler uses two hydraulic cylinders to raise and lower the boom and lance carriage from drum height to IBC height to within 1" clearance above the container. Standard construction material is all-welded structural steel. Components include an NTEP-approved digital weight meter with easy-to-read display and operator-prompting, a 10,000 lb capacity scale base with four load cells, a microprocessor controller, and a 250 product menu.
